The 10th National Congress of Returned Overseas Chinese and the relatives of Overseas Chinese opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Wednesday morning. Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Han Zheng, Wang Qishan and other Party and state leaders attended the meeting to congratulate. Zhao Leji delivered a speech on behalf of the CPC Central Committee.

     The great Hall of the People is brightly lit and the atmosphere is warm. Nearly 1,300 representatives of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives from all over the country and nearly 700 specially invited guests of overseas Chinese from more than 110 countries gathered together.
